It is perfect for a large group looking for a unique place to stay during the MIPIM, Cannes Film festival, Cannes Lions and all other Congress events in Cannes.

This Loft has spacious living spaces: office/reception, sitting room, living room, dining room (12 to 14 table seats), US-style fitted kitchen, guest toilet. This floor opens on a vast terrace (70 m2) where can enjoy absolute privacy.

The master bedroom has 2 double beds (140×200 cm each), huge Italian shower and a bath, double sinks and toilet.

The third bedroom has 2 double beds (140×200 cm each), Italian shower, double sinks and toilet.
The fourth bedroom: 2 double beds (90×190 cm each) with shower, sink and toilet.
